The company started in 2000 as BeautifulCookies.com, a NJ-based, woman-owned gourmet cookie company, which we still own today. | As children, my sister and I baked often with our mother at home- a tradition we continued after she passed away. For years, we dreamt of opening our own cookie store. Eventually, my sister became a homemaker with two children, and I became a computer consultant working in corporate America. I made a great living, but decided I didn’t want to work for someone else. So, at the age of 30, I decided to change my life and live my dream. I started BeautifulCookies.com, which has grown into Beautiful Sweets. |

| We have recently become certified organic, which we are also very excited about. I eat organically, and want to prove that organic food is delicious and spread that idea nationwide. We also support other like-minded companies as much as possible. Additionally, we recently opened a factory space to accommodate the growing needs of our customer base and franchisees.
